What is T.O.R.O.

T.O.R.O. (Training. Openness. Readiness. Opportunities.) is a private training and coaching/mentoring company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It was established in 2013 and for the last 5 years it also operates in formal, information and non formal training and adult education. It organizes various training activities for different target groups - young people, unemployed, adults, people willing to change their professional pathway, etc.

T.O.R.O. organizes mobility experiences for young people and students by organizing qualitative work placements in the best companies in Vilnius in all sectors. Its staff members have long-term experience in preparing and leading young people through the internship experience by applying innovative mentoring methods and providing all possible support.

RESEARCH

RESEARCH AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

T.O.R.O. actively operates in research projects on training and education. Its staff members have long-term experience in developing new and innovative training tools and methods, training content and curricular, Open Educational Resources, MOOCs, etc.

E-LEARNING

T.O.R.O. develops and designs online training content, e-classrooms, provides advices on how to implement blended learning activities as well as digitalize courses. More to this, T.O.R.O also develops methods on how to create and develop collaborative and inclusive e-classroom where all parties (teachers and students) can benefit.
